The founders

Jean Christophe Meignant CEO and founder of Rise & Care

Convinced since the start of his career in management 20 years ago that cooperative relationships between people and the planet are the key to efficiency, he is committed to supporting companies in their development. Today, he trains and advises organizations in all sectors on the themes of leadership, trust and autonomy. For Jean Christophe, CSR is a profession of expertise and passion, which enables him to take care of human capital and organizations in the sustainable transformation of the world.

Convinced that EQ (emotional quotient) is as important as IQ (intelligence quotient), he subscribes to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and their integration into the transformation strategy of organizations through a sincere and concrete CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach.

After holding a number of management positions, he became Managing Director of Cassiopée, an organization grouping together various activities complementary to travel, which also place people at the heart of all their actions. That same year, he founded Rise & Care, a training and consulting organization that believes a fairer, more planet-friendly world is possible. He supports organizations in their sustainable transformation.

Céline Charneau Rise & Care Training Manager

Attentive to the need for everyone to feel at their rightful place in the company, Céline has devoted her professional career to the operational support of Human Wealth. Céline believes in the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and in integrating them into the transformation strategy of organizations through a harmonious and sincere CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach.

For 17 years, Céline worked in Human Resources to implement the company's Human Resources policy, working closely with managers and teams throughout France, around brands with strong character, high standards and a strong customer experience. After working in the Human Resources department with her team, her path led her to set up ECCLORH, a company providing operational support for the development of Human Resources. In the same year, Céline was instrumental in the creation of "Rise & Care", working with organizations to implement their sustainable transformation and deploying her expertise in sustainable leadership in the world of young people (aged 7 to 17), the corporate world, the world of sport, and a women's offer.

Céline is also HR and CSR Manager for the "Cassiopée" group, which is undergoing a major transformation and brings together a range of complementary activities in the travel, transport, hotel and tourism sectors.
