For 17 years at VM Matériaux / Groupe HERIGE, he led transformation projects, strengthened collective performance, and developed both soft and hard skills within his teams.
His background in sports fuels his vision of performance rooted in shared purpose, human potential, and discipline.
In 2022, he co-founded Rise & Care with Céline, driven by a strong conviction:
to make sustainable leadership a strategic lever for companies, aligning vision, human potential, and collective performance.

She places Human Potential at the heart of every transformation, engaging each person by connecting them with what truly drives them.
A specialist in Care Management, she creates the right conditions for everyone to reveal their talents, build confidence, and commit with purpose.
Her commitment to youth education and her expertise in developing human potential make her a key player in driving organizational transformation through people.
For 17 years at RCM, she supported the group’s rapid growth, built the HR function, and worked alongside the CEO and managers to foster development.
In 2022, she founded ECCLORH and co-founded Rise & Care with Jean-Christophe, driven by a clear ambition:
to put human potential at the service of sustainable leadership, fully aligned with the challenges of our time.
