Our method was born from our first encounter 25 years ago, during our first managerial role.
Even then, we were already committed to transforming a group.
From the very beginning, we wanted to put people at the heart of management but we didn’t yet have the keys.
So over the years, we structured our own management method, directly in the field.
It is founded on evidence from Human and Social Sciences (HSS),
and was strengthened in collaboration with ETHER, a law firm and PhD-level HSS experts in social innovation.

For 17 years at VM Matériaux / Groupe HERIGE, he led transformation projects, strengthened collective performance, and developed both soft and hard skills within his teams.
His background in sports fuels his vision of performance rooted in shared purpose, human potential, and discipline.

For 17 years at RCM, she supported the group’s rapid growth, built the HR function, and worked alongside the CEO and managers to foster development.
