We support and train them to help them get there as calmly as possible.

⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯

What this changes for your company

What this changes for your company

The first effects are felt quickly:

🔹 mental load starts to decrease
🔹 stress levels go down
🔹 priorities become clearer again
🔹 decisions gain in composure
🔹 the ability to act is strengthened

.

Then, as the support progresses:

🔹 tensions begin to ease
🔹 trust returns within teams
🔹 cohesion and engagement grow stronger
🔹 the group becomes more effective

.

Over time, our complete managerial model, the Leadership Durable Augmenté©, makes it possible to:

🔹 decide and act better under uncertainty
🔹 mobilize and sustainably engage teams
🔹 bring several generations to work together
🔹 better manage stress, emotions, tensions and conflicts
🔹 strengthen collective cohesion and performance
🔹 better anticipate and manage crisis situations
🔹 develop teams' capacity for adaptation and learning
🔹 integrate sustainability into managerial decisions
🔹 turn AI into an amplifier of human potential
🔹 concretely steer individual and collective performance

.

The Leadership Durable Augmenté© is the foundation of everything we do.

From high-intensity crises to long-duration crises

From high intensity crisis to long intensity crisis

Since the start of 2026, companies have had to deal with rising fuel prices, strained supply chains, wildfires, floods, an exceptional summer drought and a constant cyber threat.

Alongside these visible shocks come deeper transformations: the accelerated integration of AI into everyday work and the need to bring four generations to work together.

2026 offers a striking illustration of the world we now live in: a world marked by multiple, lasting crises.

They stem from the combined impact of societal, climate, technological and geopolitical transitions, and place companies in a regime of high and long intensity crises.

.

Alain Bauer, criminologist and professor emeritus at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers, theorized these notions in the field of warfare in his book Au commencement était la guerre.

Applied to the corporate world, this distinction is fundamental: high intensity means brutal shocks, events that hit hard and fast. Long intensity is what we have now entered: crises that settle in and last, and that demand the ability to hold the course over time.

.

In Japanese, the word for crisis, kiki (危機), is written with two characters. 危 refers to danger. 機 can evoke the decisive moment, the tipping point from which a different path can emerge.

This symbolic reading illuminates our approach: facing immediate danger while remaining able to mobilize the resources needed to open a path toward a desirable future for the company.

.

Faced with this reality, a managerial model must bring together two qualities at once: robustness (withstanding the shock, deciding under pressure, keeping teams aligned) and sustainability (bending without breaking, absorbing duration, adapting, learning and holding over the long term).

It is no longer one or the other. It is both together.

.

The challenge is to sustain teams' mental and physical energy, engagement and cohesion over time, so that crises do not exhaust the group, weaken performance or jeopardize the company's future.

Preserving this balance allows the company to keep its capacity to act and to build a desirable future.

This is precisely what the Leadership Durable Augmenté© puts in place.

Augmented Sustainable Leadership

The Leadership Durable Augmenté© is our complete managerial model, designed to enable leaders and their teams to exercise operational leadership in high and long intensity crisis contexts.

.

It rests on six complementary pillars:

.

🔹 Accounting for the impact of the societal, climate, technological and geopolitical transitions reshaping the world of work

🔹 Understanding how humans function, grounded in validated research in the human and social sciences as well as cognitive neuroscience

🔹 Mobilizing the managerial postures and dynamics needed to build and manage fulfilled, engaged teams capable of performing under uncertainty

🔹 Integrating methods drawn from elite units and high-level sport to prepare and act effectively under pressure, over time

🔹 Concretely steering individual and collective performance through indicators and regular Business Reviews, to measure the impact of management and adjust actions to reach objectives

🔹 AI as a tool to augment human potential, in service of decision-making, action and individual and collective performance

.

The Leadership Durable Augmenté© helps leaders move from vision to action and mobilize their teams to reach their objectives when crises multiply and last.

Our Vision

Let's inspire, connect, build and protect.

Since our beginnings in operational management, 25 years ago, we have been convinced that collective performance precedes economic performance.

.

Observing the societal, climate, technological and geopolitical transitions taking shape, we became aware that they would generate major strategic disruptions in the world of work.

.

We sensed that their combined impacts would generate multiple, lasting crises threatening the survival of companies.

.

It seemed impossible to us to face such a level of uncertainty and complexity with managerial models inherited solely from the past.

.

We therefore designed a complete managerial model, robust and sustainable, adapted to high and long intensity crises.

.

This is why we called it the Leadership Durable Augmenté©.

.

Recognized as a social innovation, it has been selected for presentation at ChangeNOW in 2025 and 2026, at the Grand Palais in Paris.

The Story of Rise & Care

It was in Vendée that Rise & Care first took root, in our first shared managerial experience, 25 years ago.

.

From that time on, we wanted to place people at the heart of our management, without yet having all the keys to act with clarity and precision.

.

Our first management trainer was a former pilot from the Special Forces. He showed us that in that world, the human factor is the key to a mission's success.

He passed on to us the conviction that only the collective can face uncertainty and complexity.

.

This encounter left a lasting mark on our lives as managers.

.

The subprime crisis reinforced our conviction that existing managerial models were not built to withstand crises over time.

Ten more years of fieldwork, experience, reading and reflection were needed to turn this intuition into a model.

.

It was in 2019 that we began designing and implementing it.

.

It was tested under the most extreme conditions: those of the COVID crisis. In that context of total uncertainty, collective performance made it possible to preserve economic performance.

.

At the end of that period, we chose to pass it on by founding Rise & Care, a consulting firm specialized in crisis management and managerial performance.

.

To structure and strengthen our model, we invested in an R&D initiative in the human and social sciences, in partnership with ETHER, a firm specialized in social innovation.

Rise & Care as a mission-driven company

“Inspire, Connect, Build and Protect”

We chose this status because we believe it is the most committed model for contributing to lasting change in the world.

.

We believe that Education and Leadership have the power to durably transform companies and, through them, the world.

.

Our purpose

🔹 Care for Human Wealth and for companies in their sustainable transformation strategy, guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

🔹 Help everyone find their place and contribute to a better life together across current and future generations, while adapting to the environment and ecosystems

🔹 Bridge intergenerational shifts and climate disruption, by highlighting the Earth's natural capacity to adapt

.

Our three commitments

🔹 Place Human Wealth at the heart of all our operational support engagements

🔹 Actively contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

🔹 Pass on the keys to the Leadership Durable Augmenté©, fostering the engagement of Human Wealth in transforming the world

.

Our ecosystem

We are members of the Communauté des Entreprises à Mission, Medef Vendée, Mouvement Impact France and ChangeNOW.

.

In 2019, UNESCO launched the "Futures of Education" initiative. This vision has accompanied us since the beginnings of Rise & Care and feeds our commitment to Education and Sustainable Leadership.

We have progressively enriched and expanded this approach to build the Leadership Durable Augmenté©, and to adapt it for young people as well.

We are also members of the ESD-Net 2030, UNESCO's global network on education for sustainable development, a worldwide community of practice and idea lab for action that fosters knowledge sharing, collaboration and partnerships to accelerate the implementation of ESD at national, regional and global level.
