Jean Christophe Meignant Cofounder of Rise & Care
Jean-Christophe embodies a deep passion for Agile Management and Negotiation, essential levers for strengthening human cooperation and mobilising teams towards sustainable performance.
He has always believed in the power of authentic relationships and in the ability of individuals to surpass themselves when they share a common objective and a collective sense of purpose.
For 17 years at VM, Jean-Christophe has supported the collective performance of teams by developing the soft and hard skills essential to their success.
His experience in the world of sport has enriched his vision of sustainable leadership, combining cooperation, human commitment and positive impact, which he applies every day in his missions.
In 2022, driven by the conviction that sustainable leadership is a key response to the challenges of our time, he cofounded Rise & Care with Céline.
His ambition : to develop, transmit and embody a vision of sustainable leadership, essential for engaging organisations and revealing the full potential of their Human Resources in the face of social, ecological and digital transitions.
Céline Charneau Cofounder of Rise & Care
Céline embodies a deep passion for Human Wealth, placed at the heart of every transformation, for Care Management and for training young people through work-study programmes.
She believes in everyone's ability to reveal their potential when supported by a caring and inspiring environment.
For 17 years at RCM, Céline contributed to the company's strong growth.
She set up the HR department and provided committed support to the director and managers, developing the soft and hard skills needed for collective success and team fulfilment.
In 2022, driven by a vision of deeply human and sustainable leadership, she created ECCLORH and cofounded Rise & Care with Jean-Christophe.
Her ambition : to develop, pass on and embody a vision of sustainable leadership every day, essential for mobilising organisations and revealing the full potential of their Human Resources in the face of the challenges of social, ecological and digital transitions.
