The Story of Rise & Care

Rise & Care is rooted in our very first shared managerial experience, 25 years ago.

At the time, we already wanted to place people at the heart of our management, but we lacked the keys to act with clarity and consistency.

By chance, our first management trainer was a former helicopter pilot from the elite units of the French Army. He showed us how, in that environment, the human factor is the decisive key to mission success. He demonstrated that management is a skill that can be learned — and that effective management is impossible without a deep understanding of human functioning.

That encounter profoundly shaped our lives as managers.

Over the course of 25 years of operational management, facing real situations of transformation and high complexity, our vision gradually took shape, leading us to design our managerial approach.

We notably put it to the test during the period of extreme uncertainty brought on by the COVID crisis, when collective performance proved essential in preserving economic performance.

We then chose to pass it on by founding Rise & Care, a consulting firm specialized in sustainable managerial transformation in the age of AI, where everything is accelerating.

To structure it with rigor and depth, we made significant investments in R&D in human and social sciences, in partnership with ETHER, a firm specialized in social innovation.
