Yet, according to Gallup's report “State of the Global Workplace 2024”, employees engagement remains a cause for concern.
Worldwide, 23% said they were engaged in their work, compared with 13% in Europe and 7% in France.
Engaging in sustainable transformation requires specific soft and hard skills.
To develop them, we believe it is necessary to bring about changes in education and management.
Aware of this need, UNESCO has launched the “Futures in Education” initiative in 2019.
In response, we founded Rise & Care in 2022.
A training and consulting organization specializing in sustainable leadership; Qualiopi certified.
Sustainable leadership integrates all the necessary soft and hard skills.
Our approach is based on science and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Building on science and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) United Nations, we have developed an approach that makes sustainable leadership the key success factor of a management based on both the development of human wealth potential and the steering of sustainable performance by indicators.

The founders
Jean Christophe Meignant CEO and founder of Rise & Care
Jean-Christophe embodies the passion for agile management, for negotiation and its benefits to promote cooperation between men and for the performance of engaged teams.
He developed his skills in the world of sport and over his 17 years as a commercial executive for VM where he was able to manage high-performance teams by applying his vision of sustainable leadership on a daily basis.
In July 2022, he founded Rise & Care to develop, transmit and implement the vision of sustainable leadership needed to manage organizations' commitment to a successful socio-ecological transition.
Céline Charneau Rise & Care Training Manager
Céline embodies the passion for Human Wealth placed at the heart of transformation, for Care management and for Youth Training through alternance.
She developed her skills over 17 years at RCM where she participated in the strong growth of the company by creating the HR department and accompanying the manager and managers in their managerial missions.
In December 2022, she chose to found ECCLORH and join the Rise & Care adventure to develop, transmit and implement on a daily basis the vision of sustainable leadership necessary to manage the commitment of organizations in the success of the socio-ecological transition.
