Our Story
The Leadership Durable Augmenté was born from our very first shared management experience, 25 years ago.
At the time, we already wanted to put Human beings at the heart of our management, but we lacked the keys to act with clarity.
By chance, our first management trainer was a former helicopter pilot from elite military units.
He showed us how, in that world, the human factor becomes the decisive factor in mission success.
He taught us that management is a learnable skill, and that one cannot lead effectively without understanding how human beings function.
This encounter shaped our lives as managers.
Over 17 years of operational management dedicated to business transformation, we applied his teachings, observed their effects and continued our research to stay aligned with the evolution of the world of work.

The Leadership Durable Augmenté
We designed our managerial approach by relying on the understanding of human functioning.
To develop it, we invested in R&D in human and social sciences, in partnership with ETHER, a firm specializing in social innovation.
It is built on our 25 years of operational management, human sciences and cognitive neuroscience.
Before creating Rise & Care, we successfully tested it, including during the extreme uncertainty of the COVID crisis.
Then we modeled it with ETHER to make it transferable.
Born in Vendée, our method – the Leadership Durable Augmenté – is now recognized as a managerial innovation.
It enables leaders and managers to confidently address the managerial challenges of 2025–2030 and to successfully transform their organizations.
