To contribute to it, in 2022 we cofounded Rise & Care, an agency specialized in sustainable managerial transformation.

We developed Augmented Sustainable Leadership, our managerial innovation, to help companies solve their managerial challenges born from these upheavals and thus succeed in bringing their sustainable transformation strategies to life.

Augmented Sustainable Leadership, our exclusive approach, takes root in our first managerial experience 25 years ago.
Already at that time, we wanted to place the Human at the heart of management, but we lacked the keys to act with clarity and serenity.

Over the years, we developed an approach that combines our on-the-ground management experiences with contributions from human sciences and cognitive neurosciences.
