Training Program

The Masterclass enables participants to understand and put into practice the six pillars of Augmented Sustainable Leadership©, based on the real-life situations they encounter.

1. Understand the Major Transitions and Their Impacts

Understand how societal, climate, technological, and geopolitical transitions are transforming the world of work, management, and collective action.

Create the conditions that enable people to engage, develop their potential, and sustain performance over time without burning out.

Mobilize the managerial postures and dynamics needed to build, engage, and lead a collective capable of performing in uncertainty and over time.

Draw on strategic and operational leadership to understand the situation, set the course, make decisions, take action, and adapt as reality evolves or when the planned course of action meets operational reality.

5. Concretely Steer Performance

Measure what works, identify gaps, and adjust actions to sustainably strengthen individual and collective performance and achieve objectives.

6. Lead a Hybrid Team

Enable people to fully develop their potential while AI agents absorb automatable tasks.

Assessment Methods

Learning outcomes are assessed throughout the Masterclass through discussions, case studies, and practical scenarios.

A follow-up assessment one month later measures how effectively the practices have been adopted and helps embed them into everyday work.
