The Masterclass helps participants understand and put into practice the six pillars of the Leadership Durable Augmenté© based on their own real situations.

Teaching methods

The Masterclass is built from the real situations brought by participants.

Each sequence allows participants to:

🔹 identify concrete responses to act.

The Masterclass alternates between discussions, targeted input, case studies and role-play scenarios.

Assessment methods

Learning outcomes are assessed throughout the Masterclass through discussions, case studies and role-play scenarios.

A one-month follow-up assessment measures how well the practices have been adopted and helps anchor them in daily work.
